What does 87plus mean?
In the world of specialty coffee, quality is measured on a scale from 0 to 100 by certified Q-graders. Coffees that score above 80 are considered specialty. At 87plus, we go beyond — bringing you coffees that consistently score above 87 points. This means exceptional quality, complex flavors, and a cup that stands out from the everyday.

And what is a Yipao?
The Yipao is a cultural symbol of Colombia’s coffee-growing region. It refers to the colorful Jeep Willys used to transport coffee beans, goods, and even entire families across the steep mountains of the Andes. Today, the Yipao represents tradition, resilience, and celebration in Colombian coffee culture.
