Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at laura.rubio@87plus.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2059 Avenue de Marlowe, Montreal, Quebec H4A3L4.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Chez 87plus, nous torréfions et expédions du café de spécialité en petits lots afin de garantir fraîcheur et qualité. Étant donné que le café est un produit périssable, notre politique de retour vise à protéger à la fois la qualité du produit et l’équité pour nos clients.
Retours
En raison de la nature périssable du café, nous n’acceptons pas les retours de sacs ouverts.
Si votre commande arrive endommagée, incorrecte ou défectueuse, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures suivant la livraison à laura.rubio@87plus.ca en incluant :
- Votre nom, la description de la commande et la date de commande
- Une description du problème
- Des photos claires du produit et de l’emballage
Nous remplacerons le produit ou procéderons à un remboursement si le problème est confirmé.
Produits non ouverts
Les produits non ouverts et non utilisés peuvent être admissibles à un retour dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la livraison.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
Problèmes liés à la livraison
87plus n’est pas responsable des retards causés par le transporteur, des adresses incorrectes fournies lors du paiement ou des tentatives de livraison manquées.
Étant donné que le café est un produit frais et sensible aux variations de température, nous ne laissons pas les colis sans surveillance en cas de chaleur ou de froid extrêmes. Au besoin, nous pourrions vous contacter afin de confirmer qu’une personne est disponible pour recevoir la commande et assurer la qualité du produit.
Traitement des remboursements
Les remboursements approuvés seront effectués sur le mode de paiement initial dans un délai de 5 à 10 jours ouvrables.

At 87plus, we roast and ship specialty coffee in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because coffee is a perishable product, our return policy is designed to protect both quality and fairness.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laura.rubio@87plus.ca with:
- Your name, order description, date of order
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Issues
87plus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or missed delivery attempts.
Because coffee is a fresh and temperature-sensitive product, we do not leave packages unattended in extreme heat or cold conditions. If necessary, we may contact you to confirm that someone is available to receive the order and ensure product quality.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
