Golden Citrus — Caturra Chiroso · Semi-Washed · SCA 87 Bright citrus, orange, honey, raw cane sugar. The crowd pleaser.

Imperial Ruby — Red Bourbon · Co-Fermented · SCA 87.25 Red berries, cherries, caramel, white chocolate. Bold and complex.

Pink Monarch — Pink Bourbon · Co-Fermented · SCA 87.75 Watermelon, citrus, honey. Playful, sweet, and unforgettable.

The Crown — Gesha · Carbonic Maceration · SCA 87.5 Pineapple, vanilla, cinnamon, banana. Our most prestigious varietal.
